19th Annual St. Armands Circle Craft Festival

Welcome to the 19th Annual St. Armands Circle Craft Festival! Please read all information below to help the show run as smoothly as possible. We encourage all crafters to post artwork, space numbers and anything to promote yourself on our social media pages! Please be mindful of CDC guidelines. Masks are requested inside the show site.
There will be a Friday set-up beginning at noon until 5:00 P.M. Set up will resume Saturday morning at 6:30 A.M. ABSOULTELY NO PARKING ON THE CIRCLE FOR SET UP! Staff will be located at the entrance to the grass area and you will be directed to park inside the Circle for set up. All vehicles must be out of the show area on Saturday by 8:30 A.M. and set-up must be completed by 9:15 A.M. Your booth must be open and ready for business each day of the festival by 9:30 A.M. YOU MUST BRING A DOLLY to facilitate set up. PLEASE BRING YOUR VEHICLES IN AND OUT THE LEGAL WAY OF TRAFFIC. If you have not arrived by 7:45 A.M. on Saturday, we will consider you a “no show” and you will be at risk of losing your space. We appreciate your attention to this matter. For the courtesy of others, please do not smoke near your booth or your neighbors’ booths for set up, breakdown or show hours. Please remember that you can only display the category that you were juried in for. For example, unless you were juried in for jewelry, you can't display jewelry. (Please refer to our rules and regulations list.) Please keep storage off the sidewalks, walkways and away from store fronts. Please adhere to this especially if your booth is near a restaurant that has outdoor seating. All walkways must be kept handicap accessible. Your booth display should match the booth display picture that was submitted with your Zapp/paper application. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you have any display changes prior to the festival, you must resubmit your booth image for approval.

For your safety, as well as your well-being and that of your neighbors’, your booth, display and art must be properly weighted and secured. Please adhere to this policy, as Howard Alan Events’ staff and city Fire Marshals will be checking your weights periodically. Non-compliance may result in your removal from a show. PLEASE HELP US IN AVOIDING THIS FROM HAPPENING TO YOU.
The show will be located in St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, Florida.
From I-75, take exit 210 (Fruitville Rd.) west to US41 (Tamiami Trail). Turn left (south) and make an immediate right onto Gulfstream Blvd/John Ringling Causeway. Take Gulfstream Blvd. over the causeway to St. Armands Circle.

Before you come into the Circle, we request that you are broken down to the ground, so there will be room for everyone and the process will move much quicker. Breakdown will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday, but vehicles will not be allowed inside the Circle until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES PARKED ON THE OUTSIDE CIRCLE UNTIL 5:30 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS! If there are still spectators walking around, vehicles will not be allowed in until the show coordinator gives the O.K. Although security will be provided, we strongly urge you to take your items out of your booth on Saturday night. You will not be permitted to save spaces by placing chairs, storage bins, etc. in open spaces. This will be strictly enforced. Show coordinators will be walking around the Circle to make sure this is enforced.
Everyone is responsible for cleaning up their space at breakdown (i.e., cable ties, cigarette butts and garbage). If you are a smoker, please refrain from smoking in or around your booth or others. If you must smoke, please leave the show area.

Overnight parking is NOT allowed anywhere on St. Armands Key whatsoever. That provision applies for all vehicles, be it a motor home, van, trailer, truck, car, etc. This will be strictly enforced.

A parking permit (included in your email confirmation) or business card must be displayed in the vehicle’s front windshield, identifying the artist. Failure to do this can result in the towing of your vehicle.
