September 20th & September 21st, 2025
27th Annual Punta Gorda Sullivan Street Craft Festival (Punta Gorda, FL)
Saturday & Sunday, 10AM- 4PM
Welcome to the 27th Annual Punta Gorda Sullivan Street Craft Festival. Please read all information below to help the show run as smoothly as possible.
Set Up
Please do not set up until all barricades are in place. Check-in is at Marion and Sullivan. There is NO unloading or parking in the grass lot at Sullivan and West Olympia - please be sure and abide by this - the property owner will be watching and will tow anyone who parks there, even to unload. Set up will begin at 5:30 A.M. on Saturday morning. All vehicles must be out of the show area by 8:30 A.M. and set-up must be completed by 9:15 A.M. Your booth must be open and ready for business each day of the festival by 9:30 A.M. If you are coming in later for set up, a dolly is recommended. PLEASE BRING YOUR VEHICLES IN AND OUT THE LEGAL WAY OF TRAFFIC. If you have not arrived by 7:45 A.M. on Saturday, we will consider you a “no show” and you will be at risk of losing your space. For the courtesy of others, please do not smoke near your booth or your neighbors’ booths for set up, breakdown or show hours. Please remember that you can only display the category that you were juried in for. For example, unless you were juried in for jewelry, you can't display jewelry. (Please refer to our rules and regulations list.) Your booth display should match the booth display picture that was submitted with your Zapp/paper application. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you have any display changes prior to the festival, you must resubmit your booth image for approval.
Please do not screw, drill, or stake into the ground. We have received property complaints regarding storage on site. It is essential to minimize your storage space. Please place any empty packing materials in your vehicle. If you require additional storage, consider configuring your booth to accommodate it. The properties do not allow storage items, boxes, and bins scattered around. Carts with fitted covers are permitted but may need to be stored away from your booth. Additionally, boxes and crates should not have tarps or other materials draped over them. Our events take place in upscale areas, and both properties and merchants expect a tidy appearance. Please keep this in mind while setting up and only retain what is necessary for the duration of the show. For you and your neighbors’ safety, your booth, display and art must be properly weighted and secured (40lbs per leg required).
