Special exhibitor hotel rates
Please state show name when making your reservation. Special discounted hotel rates have been negotiated at several hotels located in close proximity to our various festivals. Please reserve your room as early as possible to ensure you have confirmed a room at our low rate. There are “cut off” dates listed for each hotel, however, if a hotel books all of the hotel rooms we have reserved prior to that cutoff date, then the links will show “no rooms available.” There is no guarantee that rooms will be available until the cutoff date if they are all booked prior to that date. So, please book early whenever possible so you can take advantage of these discounted rates.
