- Active Artists
In order to use the E-Festival services you must be an active artist who participates in Howard Alan Events Art Festivals. Howard Alan Events / ArtFestival.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes "active artist" status.
- Listings
All listings must be handmade by the seller/original artist, or authentic, limited edition reproductions of the artist’s own original work. All listings will be approved by Howard Alan Events / ArtFestival.com.
- Conducting Business
Howard Alan Events / ArtFestival.com does not receive commission and/or service fees. Therefore, the seller/artist will be responsible for taking care of all purchasing details and conducting their own business. Please communicate with your buyers in a timely manner. Provide them with accurate shipping fees, shipping turn around time, whether or not you offer returns, refunds or exchanges and what types of payments you accept.
- Discontinue the Service
Howard Alan Events / ArtFestival.com reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue this service at any time, for any reason.
