Artist Highlight

Thomas Marra is an artist who lives in Jupiter, FL.  With a BA in Studio Art and a passion for travel, many of his excursions have become the inspiration for his paintings.  Whether it's in nature, architecture or design, he is also drawn to many elements of design which include color and texture which he incorporates in many of his abstract design pieces. 
  
"When I am painting, my objective is to connect the visual to the tactile". Tom wants his viewer to "feel" the elements of his work, not only in a visual manner, but also in a tactile manner.  He achieves this through layering various mediums and materials to achieve a sense of depth, texture, dimension, movement and color.
