Terri Seargent
Painting

TerriLynn’s colorful spirit and passionate, vibrant personality radiate through her work. This same positive energy has given her the courage to overcome a severe, lifelong disability. She continues to challenge herself and experience life to its fullest. Her extensive worldwide travel has opened her eyes to unique, diverse beauty, while cherishing the richness of her everyday surroundings. She views the world as her canvas waiting for the colors and strokes to be captured for eternity.

TerriLynn sees artistry in all things – lines, motion, light, color, and life by capturing the simple beauty of nature. She transforms each work into a painting of what our mind’s eye sees through color, light, and movement, so the viewer can’t help but smile and be happy. TerriLynn’s friend, Nancy Falkman, describes it best when stating, "Her art is her nature - to make people feel good."

TerriLynn hopes her art conveys her mantra:

"Live in the moment and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering!"

About my art:

Each piece of my work begins with seeking a subject that captures a moment in time that is full of life and happiness. Next I digitally remaster my original  photograph, enhancing colors and lines and seeking out the perfect perspective. Then I create an original painting depicting bold colors and unique strokes to  visually tell a story that I hope will make people feel happy and want to smile.

Paintings are giclée printed with archival  quality inks onto waterproof canvas. All paintings are gallery wrapped and ready to hang as is.  Some are finished in a floating frame and some in our custom, handmade frames.

The custom handmade re-purposed wood frames are made by wood artist Bob Nowak. Each is originally painted to complement the colors of the paired painting. The two become one beautiful, unique piece of synergistic art.

Each piece of my work is an original signed and numbered quality piece of art at an affordable price. I strongly believe that  high-quality art does not need to be expensive.

“Owning an original piece of art should not be  a privilege but a desire to surround oneself with beauty.”
