Artist Highlight

What began as a hobby 40 years ago evolved into a passion when Richard started traveling extensively with his wife and partner, Gayle. Being able to capture a taste of the countries and cultures he visited through his photos and hearing the reactions of friends and family, Richard realized his true calling was photography. Having grown up on the East Coast and lived in Boston for over 25 years, Richard and Gayle followed another dream and lived in Kauai for 1-1/2 years.  

Photographing the many wonderful areas of the island full time and sharing them with clients was truly an amazing experience. They recently moved back to the East Coast where they live and work from their home on Cape Cod.

Blending 25 years experience in the construction industry with an eye for the aesthetics of form and function, Richard has successfully leveraged his architectural and construction background to offer a distinctive perspective from behind the camera lens.  He works with a variety of clients ranging from homeowners, architects and construction managers to crafts and trades people and specialty vendors. His favorite clients are those who find an emotional connection with his photography and just enjoy them in the comfort of their own homes.
