Marlene travels the country, meeting new collectors at art shows & solo gallery exhibits. She paints mainly in oils, continual commissions,telling emotion full stories through each piece she creates. While she calls her style realistic impressionism, she has studied every style including the old master's techniques. Marlene loves to paint every day and always has 5 or 6 pieces going on at once....."..so much fun! Basically, I see life as a painting….every day, every scene, everyone I meet…..each moment I experience is framed into a beautiful painting in my head."
