Kenan Sari utilizes brushes, canvas, and oil or acrylic paint to transfer his sightings. The painter picks a frame from his sightings, and uses his own perception to transfer it to us.
The artist sometimes draws out the frame or takes a picture, and then work on it later in his workshop, or paints the frame onsite.
Majority of his themes concise of fisherman's boat, and landscape views.
Born in 1967, the artist has been living in Orlando since 2016. He has retired in 2016 after a long career of mechanical engineering. He has been practicing his passion for painting at his studio in Orlando since then.
His beliefs in paintings being the most effective tool in communication is rooted in his high school years. He has been influenced by many artists including Europen painters such as Monet, Sezan, Rembrand and Van Gogh, and local painters like Huseyin Avni Lifij, Namik Ismail and Hikmet Onat. He has been painting for 30 years, and had taken art lectures from Mehmet Uygun and Yunus Bircan.
He has given classes on painting to adults for 3 years, mostly for vitalizing their passion for art and rejuvenating their monotonous schedules. He has also given classes to children, to introduce them to the art studio environment, and to develop a sense of art to add happy instances of painting in an atelier to their childhood memories.
The artist has held several personal and mixed art exhibitions, and also attends important art festivals in United States.
