Artist Highlight

Dustin Wagner is a ten year veteran in the art of glassblowing. He began his journey when his older brother built a studio in their hometown of Findlay,Oh and thats exactly where he fell in love with the craft and the overall oddity that glass is and how it can be handled. This is what seems to ever inspire him along the way. Working in various studios across the country, gathering knowledge, tackling demonstrations in front of large crowds and teaching has culminated into interesting self representative bodies of work. The idea that glass can be anything is enough for Dustin to fill sketchbooks late at night until he is eventually able to literally breath his ideas in existence in the studio. Being one who is completely inspired by the medium itself leads him to a future with endless possibilities with shaping molten glass.
