Venice, Florida is home. The tropics enters my life in a big way (as you can see in my work). The beauty of the area inspires to paint and design the things you see on my website. From the Canvas Prints to the Embroidered Hats, the tropics and Florida reign supreme. Many of the images in my first self-published coloring book, "Tropical Florida" were inspired by famous fine art photographer, Clyde Butcher. As an employee of Mr. Butcher (I designed two of this most popular books) I grew to appreciate the natural environment that is Florida, from the Big Cypress Swamp to Appalachicola, many of the beaches, bays, swamps and wetlands are featured in my works.
