Artist Highlight

I strive to make exceptional quality, unique art which is inspired by my family’s love of fishing. My grandparents lived in Daytona Beach, Florida and I have fond and vivid memories of spending time with my dad and grandfather at the beach riding the red dune buggy, fishing off the dock in the intercostal or spending the day on my uncle’s charter fishing boat. This fishing gene has now been handed down to my boys and I love being able to share the passion through my art. These experiences led me to create Tight Line Glass. I take pride in my fused glass art and constantly work on new and creative techniques to make my marine inspired art something to be treasured by all.

All pieces are hand made by cutting and layering multiple pieces of art glass. Various colored glass is used throughout the process and multiple firing in my kiln lead to the finish product which is has a wonderful depth of color and vibrancy. All pieces are individually unique due to the hand crafted nature and are signed by the artist on the back. All of the art has the ability to be hung on a wall via either sawtooth hanger, french cleat or gallery display holders. I also have beautiful stands that allow the art to be displayed on a table, shelf or mantle.
