"I am constantly being influenced by my environment, whether it is with music, fashion, politics, history or pop culture, it is my surroundings that inspires me to create art. Everything and everybody has a story to tell and often times I feel a part of that someone’s story, which is where my art comes into the picture.
Each piece is produced with layers of inspiration and takes on various forms intended to draw in the viewer. Texture upon texture and color upon color gives each piece depth and interest.
Although I work mostly with acrylic paints, I also favor ink, pastels and watercolors or a mixture of all of the above to accomplish the look for which is intended".
