Passage of Venus

This collage was inspired by an evening of tango dancing under a pavilion on a pier on the Hudson River in NYC. As the sun set over New Jersey, the dancers were outlined in fiery colors. The collage was built with many layers of patterned papers, a paper lithograph, and acrylic paint.
