Olive Tree

Growing up in New York City, the artist would love to shop in many of the wonderful markets carrying delicacies from all parts of the world. In one particular market, they carried over fifty different types of olives in fifty different colors. Shades of green, dark brown, maroon, red, and deep purple. This variety inspired the painting, Olive Tree.
