Each board is assembled with waterproof glue and sealed with 3 coats of General Wood’s finish salad bowl sealer This makes it resistant to knife scarring and impervious to bacterial infection. The bottom has anti-skid rubber feet attached with stainless screws. Woods; maple, cherry, padauk.
