Our company specializes in handcrafted-artisan cheeses directly from our family farm in Wisconsin. The owner’s father moved from Easton, PA to New Glarus, WI in 2004 to start his own dairy farm.
Since then we have partnered with the local cheese co-op and started shipping the cheese to our warehouse in Bethlehem, PA where we distribute the fine cheeses of Wisconsin to the Northeast.
Our Master Cheesemakers make the cheese in small batches, using only the finest ingredients available, in the Swiss-German tradition of excellence.
