Breakdown
Breakdown will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday, but vehicles will not be allowed in or out (if your vehicle is inside) in until 6:15 p.m. on Saturday & Sunday. If there are still spectators walking around, vehicles will not be allowed in or out until the show coordinator gives the O.K.
Please be advised that there are only 2 accessible points of entry and exit at this venue. Therefore, we have devised breakdown policies and procedures to make it a little smoother for everyone. WE URGE YOU TO BE PATIENT AND WE PROMISE IT WILL GO SMOOTHLY!! Here’s the plan
You must get a pass from staff once you are fully broken down to the ground in order to bring in your vehicle.
A) Firstly, for those exhibitors who have their vehicle in the show on Saturday, you will not be able to leave with your vehicle until after 6:15 pm. If you need to leave earlier you must park outside of the show area, in the designated parking lots.
B) All exhibitors who are parked behind their booth and are ready can exit beginning at 5:30 pm (NOT BEFORE) on Sunday. Please exit site slowly as there may still be pedestrian traffic. Please remember you cannot begin breakdown until 5 pm.
C) Exhibitors can begin to line up on the swale on the north side for entry to the show and at Loggerhead Park at 5:00 pm on Sunday in order to dolly out. The line will be outside the show site on the north or south end on the swale. ONE LANE ONLY LEGAL WAY OF TRAFFIC ON THE OUTSIDE ROAD. IF YOU CUT ON TO THE OUTGOING LANE, YOU WILL HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND GO TO THE END OF THE LINE. You may begin to line up after the show is over, but it is advisable to spend your time wisely and break your booth down because you will not be allowed in until after 6:15 pm AND ONLY IF YOU ARE BROKEN DOWN TO THE GROUND. Please remember you MAY NOT begin to break down until 5pm.
D) ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE FULLY BROKEN DOWN can come into the show after 6:15 pm. You must get a pass from staff once you are fully broken down to the ground in order to bring in your vehicle. If there are still people at the show, we reserve the right to delay the breakdown until it is safe for everyone.
E) Joe will be at the South End, Debbie will be at the North end, and Howard, Scott, Darrin, Billy and Jo will be throughout the show runway. We need all artists to cooperate and NOT stop on the runway to talk to your friends; we need to keep the runway clear. We also need everyone to expeditiously finish his or her breakdown.
F) For the artists that are coming into load up, if you have a large vehicle, or large trailer please DO NOT come in until approximately 7:00 pm. If you have a regular size van and trailer please find an available spot off the runway to load up.
Please put your headlights on so we know you are leaving the show site, this way we can hold up traffic.
The objective is to keep the runway as clear as possible making it smoother for everyone. Please understand this is a very large show with only 2 ways to get in and out of the site. If a show coordinator is holding you up from exiting or entering it is due to congestion within the site. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE BE PATIENT as we are in constant communication with each other and are working on getting everyone out safely and swiftly.
Security will be provided.
Clean up – Everyone is responsible for cleaning up their space at breakdown. i.e. cable ties, cigarette butts and garbage. Accommodations

RV & Overnighter Etiquette:
No outdoor cooking, no dumping of any kind, no parking until after 6 p.m. Friday, and absolutely no Sunday night overnight parking. These rules will be strictly adhered to. Because parking space is at a premium, all trailers should be detached from your vehicles and placed in a parking stall. All R.V.'s must be stacked into a parking spot as tightly as possible. (Our properties do not want R.V's that are loosely packed across 5-6 parking spots, taking up all the room.)
Parking Pass:
**Attention all participants, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY a parking permit must be displayed in vehicle’s front windshield, identifying artist. Failure to do this can result in towing of your vehicle.
