Food Vendors

Howard Alan Events/American Craft Endeavors

Thank you for your interest in Howard Alan Events. In order to be considered for our shows, as a food vendor we would need the following:

  • Letter of Interest
  • Self addressed envelope with postage
  • A picture of your food
  • A picture of your outdoor display in a white canopy or picture of your cart (No trailers and there must be flooring in your booth)
  • A menu
  • A copy of your insurance (minimum of $1 million)
  • Please include what dates and events you would be interested in doing
  • You must have an updated license and insurance for the span of the dates, for which you are applying

Please allow three (3) to six (6) weeks for processing your request as we get hundreds of applications daily. Please note that food exhibitors are limited and space fills up quickly. Send it in early!

Music Vendors

Thank you for your interest in Howard Alan Events. If you are interested in participating as a musician at any of our upcoming festivals please forward the following items:

  • Letter of Interest
  • Press Kit or copy of your CD
  • Booth picture

Please note that we do not accept groups or bands. We only accept individuals or soloists with non-amplified music who would play to the patrons and sell their CD's. Space is extremely limited and generally fills up at the start of the season, so please keep this in mind when applying.

Please allow three (3) to six (6) weeks for processing your request as we get hundreds of applications daily. If the committee chooses you for our festivals we will contact you to discuss openings and fees at that time.
