Downtown Stuart Art Festival celebrates it's 20th Anniversary!!!
This event has established itself as one of the main art fairs in affluent Martin County, just north of Palm Beach County. Stuart’s population keeps growing as people continue moving further up the east coast. The show is set up along Osceola Street in Stuart’s historic downtown area.

- Exhibitor Parking: THERE WILL BE NO PARKING IN THE CITY HALL LOT. PLEASE DO NOT PARK THERE, OR YOU WILL BE TOWED. PLEASE SEE YOUR FOUR OPTIONS BELOW, WHICH ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE: 1. SunTrust Bank on the corner of Denver and Osceola Street. AFTER 6 p.m. on Friday (At the south end of the show) 2. Wachovia Bank: on the corner of Osceola Street & Florida. AFTER 6 p.m. on Friday 3. On the Right and the Left of Flagler Ave. alongside Flagler Park on North end. Go to North end of Flagler Park. Do not park past restrooms or go past oval circle. Do Not Park after 6 p.m.
