Howard Alan Events is teaming up with the Mandarin Art Festival volunteers to make this 42nd Annual event the best one yet!!



This event will take place in the parking fields of the Mandarin Community Club, surrounded by million dollar mansions and art savvy buyers. Mandarin is a wealthy community on the outskirts of Jacksonville. We are excited to be a part of this great event and have full intentions of keeping all the traditions intact while adding some new flavor.
