This popular event is held in the trendy downtown area of Hyde Park Village, just minutes from Tampa. Nestled among the trim green lawns and spacious homes of historic Hyde, the Village offers visitors a unique experience. Brick courtyards, glittering fountains and tree-lined streets create an old world setting, which makes Hyde Park Village the perfect location for a fine art event.

| Directions | From I-275: Take the Howard/Armenia exit near downtown. Go south on Armenia to Swann Ave. Turn left on Swann and go about 1/4 mile to Hyde Park Village. Check in is at the corner of Swann and Rome. If you are unfamiliar with the area, please refer to a map of the area. |

| Exhibitor Parking | NEW PARKING is located at Wilson Middle School at 1005 W. Swann Ave. This is 3/10th of a mile from the show site. A free shuttle will be available to bring you to the show site it will be running from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 8a.m. to 7p.m. on Sunday. There is a small parking lot in front and on the side of the school. There is also a huge grass area in the back of the school. It is gated but the gates will be unlocked by 6PM Friday! 1. Parking will not be allowed until AFTER 6 PM on FRIDAY. Please do not arrive before. We will lose this parking location for future shows, if arrivals begin before 6pm. Thank you for your attention to this detail. 2. Please stack your vehicles in and DO NOT park Broadside. 3. Please observe all RV etiquette. There is no dumping allowed. 4. There is overnight parking at this location and this location only. There is no overnight parking in the Hyde Park Village. Parking anywhere else may result in your towing. 5. Violation can result in our being asked to vacate these lots!! (NO OUTSIDE COOKING) |
